Our commitment and signing process works in two distinct phases:

1. The Design Phase: This phase begins after the initial consultation and is guided by a formal design agreement. Designs are reflective of the ongoing conversations we have with each client over the course of the design timeline. Fees for this phase typically range from $3,400 to $18,000 and up, depending on scope and level of detail.

2. The Installation Phase: Once a design is approved, we provide a detailed proposal and contract. At this point, we go all in with the client, fully aligned on scope, materials, and pricing before construction begins.

While most of our projects start at $20,000 and up, we’re always happy to hear your vision. In some cases, we may be able to suggest phased solutions or enhancements that fit within a smaller budget.
